Panettone Fudge Slab

Pannetone vegan fudge with dried fruit, candied peel and choc chips.

Made by hand in small batches on the stove top using creamed coconut for a truly fudgey texture.

INGREDIENTS – Sugar, dairy free white chocolate alternative [cocoa butter (48%), rice powder (rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour) (38%), sugar, natural flavouring], water, creamed coconut [coconut (100%)], raisins, chocolate chips [cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, SOYA lecithin, vanilla ex- tract], mixed peel [orange peel (44%), glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel (11%), sugar, preservative (potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide), acidity regulator (citric acid)], mustard colour [glycerol (422), colours (172), lecithin (322)], preservative (E202), pannetone flavouring 

Due to manufacturing methods, all products may contain traces of milk, soya, egg, wheat, peanuts, walnuts.
