Scottish Tablet Chocolate Bar

A super sweet bar of Scottish tablet chocolate.

Butter tablet is the Scottish version of fudge. Traditionally made with sugar, butter and condensed milk, it has a distinctive texture and flavour all of it's own. We have called upon a neighbour, Ross's of Edinburgh, to supply us with their authentic Scottish tablet for this bar. They have been making Scottish sweeties for over 130 years, and their tablet is delicious creamy with a lovely buttery flavour. 

We have combined the tablet with a mixture of white and 'gold' chocolate. Gold chocolate is white chocolate that's been made with caramelised sugar and caramelised milk, and has rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a dash of salt. It's golden fudge-like colour makes this bar look uncannily like tablet too!

A perfect bar if you have a sweet tooth - this bar is sweetness with a capital S! 

Ingredients: White chocolate with caramel: Cocoa butter, sugar, whole MILK powder, MILK sugar, whey powder (MILK), skimmed MILK powder, caramelised sugar (2%), emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt.  (Min. cocoa 30%); White Chocolate: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Emulsifier (E322): SOYA Lecithin (E322), Flavouring: Natural Vanilla.
