Mince Pie Fudge Slab

Feisty, flavoursome creamy ginger fudge flavoured with natural flavouring, gingerbread crumble and mini gingerbread men.

Made by hand in small batches on the stove top using creamed coconut for a truly fudgey texture.

INGREDIENTS – Sugar, organic dairy free white chocolate alternative [cocoa butter (48%), rice powder (rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour) (38%), sugar, natural flavouring], water, creamed coconut [coconut (100%)], ginger nuts [wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, palm oil, semolina (wheat), ginger powder, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), salt, lemon oil], gingerbread man biscuits [flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oil (palm), partially inverted sugar syrup, molasses, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), ground ginger, salt, natural ginger flavouring], colour (glycerine, E102* and E155), preservative (E202), ginger flavouring
