We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Unless an item is faulty it is your responsibility to cover return postage costs and to ensure that returned goods are packaged and shipped responsibly to avoid any damages.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then organise return postage. Items can be dropped off or collected from any UK address. Let us know what you would prefer when submitting your return.
Cost for returning an item is £3.95 and will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, return in-store for free.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
